Apple and Rhubarb Crumble
This is an easy recipe which is great as dessert served with organic yoghurt, thick cream or ice cream. 

You will need
6 organic apples (preferably Granny Smith) peeled, cored and chopped.
1/4 cup (60g) organic soft brown sugar (reserve 1 tablespoon for later)
3/4 cup (185ml) purified water
250g finely chopped rhubarb
150g Winter Warmer Porridge
70g organic almonds
2 tablespoons organic honey
2 tablespoons organic yoghurt
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
2. Place the apples in saucepan with the water and sugar. Cook on low heat, covered for 5 minutes then add the rhubarb and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Divide the mixture into 6 ramekins
4. Place the Winter Warmer Porridge, remaining sugar, almonds, yoghurt and honey in a bowl and mix well. Add the mixture to ramekins to cover the apple and rhubarb.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are golden.
To serve
Best served hot either on its own or with the addition of yoghurt, cream or ice cream. Serves 6.
