Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
2. Place the apples in saucepan with the water and sugar. Cook
on low heat, covered for 5 minutes then add the rhubarb
and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Divide the mixture into 6 ramekins
4. Place the Winter Warmer Porridge, remaining sugar,
almonds, yoghurt and honey in a bowl and mix well. Add
the mixture to ramekins to cover the apple and rhubarb.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are golden.
Best served hot either on its own or with the addition of
yoghurt, cream or ice cream. Serves 6.
